Free Breast Restoration Surgery for A Cancer Survivor in Need

Dr. Gerard Cappiello's personal life has been touched by breast cancer more than once. This year, during October, the breast cancer awareness month, Dr. Cappiello would like to perform a free breast restoration surgery for a strong cancer survivor with a compelling story, no health insurance coverage and who currently cannot afford the surgery.

There is absolutely no cost to the patient, but the following terms must be met:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS FREE OFFER

1. The surgery envolves fat transfer to restore a breast after a partial mastectomy or lumpectomy.

2. The patient must be a non-smoker, generally in good health, free of cancer, i.e. all treatments must have been completed at least six (6) months prior to the surgery, as evidenced by an MRI or mammogram to be provided by the patient.

3. All candidates will need to provide complete medical records with all supporting documentation and test results.

4. Candidates must also demonstrate that they have no health insurance to cover the cost of the procedure and that they cannot afford to pay for the surgery.

5. In addition, we are looking for a compelling story of the fight to survive, which will need to be well written either by the candidate or by a related person.

6. The patient will be chosen by the doctor and at his sole discretion.

7. The patient must also consent to be photographed and/or filmed before, during, and after the treatment and that these photographs and video materials shall be the property of the doctor and may be used by Rinnova Med-Surgical & Laser Institute or its agents in online and print publications - in non-graphic and not exposing forms only.
