Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer

I have always wanted to increase the size of my breasts but did not want any implants.   When I heard that it was possible to remove fat from one area and put it in the breasts, I immediately contacted Dr. Cappiello.  It was the best decision I ever made.  I went from an A cup to a C cup and got rid of all of the fat on my abdomen and thighs.  I love my new breasts and best of all I don’t have implants!

Men's Procedures

I have more confidence after my liposuction and look great! After spending a year in the gym, I still had a few problem areas that I couldn't seem to do anything about. Dr. Cappiello told me that this problem is often genetic, and may be very difficult to completely reduce these areas by diet and exercise alone. He used liposuction to remove my double chin, and trim up my chest, love handles, back and stomach. What a difference! The before and after photos were very telling. I used to wear facial hair to cover up my chin and now I don't have to! My clothes fit better and I have more confidence in my appearance. The recovery time was minimal as I had the procedure on Friday and was back to work on Monday, and I was even back at the gym in two weeks!
